Welcome to Permanent Peach! We are excited to offer custom-fit permanent jewelry, including 18K PVD gold and stainless steel chains and charms. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Basics

Our jewelry is made from 18K PVD gold over stainless steel or solid stainless steel. These materials are hypoallergenic and water-resistant, making them a great choice for daily wear. However, please note that while PVD gold is extremely durable, the gold finish may naturally fade over time — typically between 1 to 5 years depending on your skin chemistry, lifestyle, and exposure to elements like water, lotions, or sweat. All charms are made with the same materials and standards.

With your permission, we may take photos of your finished piece to feature on our website or social media. If you’d prefer not to be photographed or tagged, just let us know — we completely respect your privacy.

Permanent Jewelry

Each piece is custom-sized and permanently welded to your wrist, ankle, or neck. Our jewelry is cut to fit and applied permanently, all sales are final. Please confirm your chain, charm, and sizing selections before we begin the welding process, as we cannot make changes or offer refunds once the chain is cut.

In the event that your chain breaks or comes off, we offer one free reattachment within 30 days of your original appointment. After that time, re-welding is available for a small fee. Lost chains or charms cannot be replaced at no charge, so please take care when wearing your jewelry.

Due to the permanent and custom nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you believe your jewelry was defective upon application, please contact us within 2 days of your appointment.

We are not liable for any damage that occurs after the jewelry is applied, including breakage from pulling, snagging, or misuse. We also cannot be responsible for fading or discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, pools, or beauty products.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.

Purchased Jewelry

If you place an order for shipped jewelry or gift cards, please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, including photos, so we can help address the issue.

Our jewelry is hypoallergenic and generally safe for sensitive skin, but we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities. We strongly recommend reviewing the materials used before booking or purchasing.

Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All content on this website, including product descriptions, photos, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Permanent Peach. It’s easy and fun! Choose your favorite chain—and don’t forget to add charms for a personal touch. We custom fit it to your wrist (or ankle, or even neck!), then use our industry-leading Orion Mpulse 2.0 welder with Argon gas to safely spot weld it closed. This strengthens the bond and makes your jewelry last longer. In just minutes, you’re all done and shining!

Not at all! Permanent jewelry is simply a bracelet (or anklet, or necklace!) without a clasp. Instead, we use tiny soldered jump rings to secure it—completely painless and non-invasive.

Nope! We use only high-quality materials like 14K solid gold, 18K PVD gold, and stainless steel. They’re made to withstand everyday wear—beach days, spa sessions, workouts, you name it.

No hassle here! Permanent jewelry is TSA-friendly. Just let your agent know it’s welded on and they’ll wave you right through—no need to remove it.

No problem! Simply snip the tiny jump ring (the welded part) with jewelry clippers—available at most major retailers. Be sure to keep your chain! Any permanent jewelrist can reattach it for you, or make adjustments if your sizing needs change.

We totally get it—having sensitive skin can make jewelry shopping stressful. That’s why we’ve taken the guesswork out by using stainless steel as the base metal for all of our 18K PVD gold chains. It’s hypoallergenic, durable, and perfect for everyday wear. If we ever offer a chain with a different base metal, we’ll clearly label it so you can make the best choice for your skin.

PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition—a high-tech process where a layer of gold is vacuum-sealed onto a base metal (ours is hypoallergenic stainless steel). This makes the jewelry incredibly durable, tarnish-resistant, rust-free, and perfect for everyday wear.
